Business Operations runs the operating system of the company — planning, reporting, and the cross-functional problems nobody else owns.
Run the operational side of the Americas business — the processes, the vendors, and the reporting the region is managed on.
Most of the work is in the gaps between functions, where a process fails and no single team is accountable for it. The function exists to pick those up and make them somebody's job permanently.
Day to day this role works with Analytics, Process Design, Vendor Management and Operations.
None of these are required. They are the things that would help, and a strong application is regularly missing all of them.
The same for every role, at every level — a haul truck driver and a staff engineer get the same cover.
Provident fund and gratuity as standard, group life and accident cover, and pay reviewed annually against the band for your level.
Family medical insurance including parents, an annual health check, and on-site occupational health at the mine and plant sites.
A yearly learning budget you choose how to spend, certification support, and sponsorship for the statutory tickets mining roles require.
Earned leave, casual and sick leave, public holidays by state, and parental leave for both parents.
Applying takes one form. You will get a Candidate ID immediately and can follow every stage from your dashboard.
Analysis that ends in a recommendation rather than a deck of options. Processes documented so they survive a person leaving.
Analyst to manager to director, with strategy, revenue operations and finance as adjacent moves.
Toronto covers North American engineering, customer success and regional operations.
Work here runs asynchronously with the Bengaluru team, which is eleven and a half hours ahead. Written communication carries more weight than it would in a co-located team, and meetings cluster at the edges of the day.
