Mine Administration runs the site's supporting functions — stores, the explosive magazine, weighbridge, dispatch, time office, security, HR, community relations and statutory compliance.
Be our relationship with the villages of Semiliguda, Pottangi and the blocks around the plateau: grievances, local employment, the CSR programme, and the gram sabha meetings where people tell us what we have got wrong.
Several of these are control points rather than clerical jobs. The weighbridge slip drives invoicing and royalty computation, the explosive register is a legal document that gets audited, and contractor labour compliance is where site operations most often get into serious trouble. Integrity in these roles matters more than experience.
Day to day this role works with Community Engagement, CSR, Odia and Tribal Affairs.
