Supply Chain plans and moves what the operations need — sourcing, inbound movement, inventory and the warehouse.
Own hardware supply end to end: forecasting, vendors, customs and the lead times that decide whether a new joiner has a laptop on day one.
The chain runs to mine sites and plants where a missing part stops production and the nearest alternative is several hours away. That changes the calculation on safety stock and on which supplier relationships are worth the effort.
Day to day this role works with Forecasting, Vendor Management and Supply Chain.
