Accounts Payable Specialist

About this role

Finance owns planning, control, statutory compliance and the books — across several countries and currencies.

Process supplier invoices for the group, match them to purchase orders and get them paid on time.

We employ in multiple jurisdictions, earn in some currencies and pay salaries in others. Payroll accuracy and statutory filing are not negotiable, and the audit trail has to hold.

Primary responsibilities

• Process the payables cycle end to end — invoice, match, approve, pay
• Own vendor master data and the controls around changing bank details, which is the most commonly attacked process in finance
• Reconcile the sub-ledger and resolve exceptions
• Support month-end accruals

Skills required

Day to day this role works with Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and ERP.

• One or more years in accounts payable
• Eligible to work in the Philippines
• Three or more years in accounts payable
• End-to-end payables cycle ownership
• Vendor master data control, particularly around bank detail changes
• Sub-ledger reconciliation and exception resolution
• Month-end accrual support
