Design owns what people move through under pressure: applying for work, sitting an interview, receiving or declining an offer.

Design the flows people move through under pressure. Clarity matters more than novelty on this product.

The recruiter console is dense, configurable and used eight hours a day — designing it is a systems problem, not a screens problem. The candidate side is the opposite: someone anxious, on a phone, possibly at a moment that matters a great deal to them. Clarity beats novelty on both.

Primary responsibilities

• Design the flows people move through under pressure — applying for a job, sitting an interview, receiving or declining an offer
• Work from research rather than from taste: talk to candidates and recruiters, then design
• Produce the whole flow, not the happy path — empty states, errors, permissions, and what a slow connection looks like
• Design mobile-first for the candidate side, because that is where the traffic is
• Work in the design system and extend it deliberately when a new pattern is genuinely needed
• Stay with the work through build, and review the implementation before it ships

Skills required

Day to day this role works with Figma, Interaction Design, Prototyping and Product Design.

• Three or more years in product design, with a portfolio
• Eligible to work in Ukraine
• Three or more years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing your reasoning rather than only screens
• End-to-end flow design including empty, error, loading and permission states
• Mobile-first design for a real range of devices and connection speeds
