Support answers candidates and recruiters — the account problems, the application questions, and the technical issues that need somebody to debug across a stack.
Handle the escalations that need someone who can read a log and reproduce a bug, and write the fix up well enough for engineering to act on.

Day to day this role works with SQL, Troubleshooting and APIs.
