HRIS Analyst

About this role

People & HR owns everything about employment here — structure, compensation, performance, employee relations and the culture the company actually has.

Own the people systems: configuration, data quality, integrations with payroll and this very ATS, and the reporting the leadership team relies on.

We sell hiring software, so how we treat our own people is the product demonstration. That is also why compensation bands are published and why candidate experience is held to a standard we would show a customer.

Primary responsibilities

• Own the HR information system — its configuration, its data and its integrations
• Maintain data integrity, since payroll, access and reporting all depend on it
• Build the people reporting and the dashboards leadership uses
• Automate the manual steps in people processes
• Handle the security model — who can see what employee data, and whether they should

Skills required

Day to day this role works with Integrations, Reporting, HRIS and Data Management.

• Three or more years administering an HRIS
• Three or more years administering an HR information system
• Configuration, data integrity and integrations
• People reporting and dashboards
• Automating manual steps in people processes
• Security model design for employee data

Preferred

None of these are required. They are the things that would help, and a strong application is regularly missing all of them.
