Quality Engineering owns whether what we ship actually works — the automated suites, the exploratory testing, and the decision to hold a release.
Own the end-to-end suite across the candidate and recruiter journeys, and keep it fast and trusted enough that people do not merge around it.
The flows that must never break are specific and knowable: applying for a job, scheduling an interview, making an offer. A broken application form is somebody's career, so the testing effort concentrates where the consequence is, rather than spreading evenly for a coverage number.
Day to day this role works with TypeScript, Playwright and CI/CD.
