Implementation Consultant — APAC

About this role

Implementation takes a new customer from signature to running in production — configuration, data migration, integrations and training.

Take a new employer from signature to live: configuration, data migration, training and the first month of hand-holding.

Data migration is where implementations actually go wrong: whatever they were using before is messier than it was described as being, and the honest conversation about that has to happen early. The goal is a customer who can work without us, not a customer who depends on us.

Primary responsibilities

• Deliver implementations across the APAC region, in-region and in the local business language where needed
• Configure to local employment and data-protection requirements
• Manage the project across the time-zone gap with the engineering and product teams

Skills required

Day to day this role works with Onboarding, Data Migration, Project Management and Training.

• Three or more years implementing B2B software
• Eligible to work in the Philippines
• Three or more years in software implementation
• Configuration and data migration experience
• Working across time zones with product and engineering elsewhere
• Familiarity with local employment and data-protection requirements in the region
