Social Media & Community runs every channel and the communities on them — candidates and recruiters, in several languages.
Measure what the social and media teams do, and be the person willing to say a campaign did not work. Also owns social listening and the competitive read.

Day to day this role works with Analytics, Excel, Reporting and Social Listening.
