Media & Creative Production makes everything the company puts out: films, photography, live streams, podcasts and the vertical video that carries most of it.
Own the media library: naming, metadata, rights, retention and backups. The measure of the job is whether someone can find a two-year-old shot in under a minute.
Shoots are rarely in comfortable places — campuses, offices, plants, and mine sites on a plateau where the cloud comes down and takes the light with it. Crew is small, so people run their own department on the day.
Day to day this role works with Digital Asset Management, Metadata and Archiving.

Bengaluru is our largest site and where most of engineering, product, design, data and AI sit. The office is in the eastern corridor, and the majority of these roles are remote-friendly with the team meeting in person a few days a week.
The city has the deepest technology labour market in India, which cuts both ways: the work is here, and so is everyone else commuting to it. Teams are deliberate about core hours because a cross-city commute in the evening peak can take longer than the meeting it was for.
