Administration and transport keep the offices, sites and townships running — reception, office services, security, housekeeping, and the vehicles that move people between them.
Drive for the office: staff and guest transfers, airport runs and equipment moves between our sites and shoot locations. Regular hours, with occasional early starts for a flight or a shoot call.
At the site locations this is not back-office work. The shift bus on the ghat road is how people get to work at all, and the township water supply is what residents notice first when it fails.
Day to day this role works with Driving, Route Planning and Vehicle Maintenance.
The same for every role, at every level — a haul truck driver and a staff engineer get the same cover.

Bengaluru is our largest site and where most of engineering, product, design, data and AI sit. The office is in the eastern corridor, and the majority of these roles are remote-friendly with the team meeting in person a few days a week.
The city has the deepest technology labour market in India, which cuts both ways: the work is here, and so is everyone else commuting to it. Teams are deliberate about core hours because a cross-city commute in the evening peak can take longer than the meeting it was for.
