Design owns what people move through under pressure: applying for work, sitting an interview, receiving or declining an offer.
Lead the product design team: craft, critique, hiring and growth. You will still design occasionally, but the output you are measured on is the team's.
The recruiter console is dense, configurable and used eight hours a day — designing it is a systems problem, not a screens problem. The candidate side is the opposite: someone anxious, on a phone, possibly at a moment that matters a great deal to them. Clarity beats novelty on both.
Day to day this role works with Hiring, Coaching, Design Leadership and Critique.

Bengaluru is our largest site and where most of engineering, product, design, data and AI sit. The office is in the eastern corridor, and the majority of these roles are remote-friendly with the team meeting in person a few days a week.
The city has the deepest technology labour market in India, which cuts both ways: the work is here, and so is everyone else commuting to it. Teams are deliberate about core hours because a cross-city commute in the evening peak can take longer than the meeting it was for.
