Mine Administration runs the site's supporting functions — stores, the explosive magazine, weighbridge, dispatch, time office, security, HR, community relations and statutory compliance.
Keep every return, permission and renewal current: DGMS filings, IBM monthly and annual returns, consent renewals and the audit trail behind all of it.
Several of these are control points rather than clerical jobs. The weighbridge slip drives invoicing and royalty computation, the explosive register is a legal document that gets audited, and contractor labour compliance is where site operations most often get into serious trouble. Integrity in these roles matters more than experience.
Day to day this role works with Audit, Statutory Compliance, DGMS and IBM Returns.
